Returns & Exchange Policy
Our Returns & Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, a 25% restocking fee, and Shopify transaction and merchant fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, visit our returns portal or contact our team and we would be happy to help.
For a small fee at the time of purchase, you can add Checkout+ to your order for a worry-free return experience. If you return an eligible item, Checkout+ covers your return shipping with a prepaid label (provided through our returns portal) and waives the 25% restocking fee. Checkout+ must be added at checkout and applies only to that order.
Note: Sauna Cushions are non-refundable unless they are faulty, as they are custom made. To ensure cleanliness, the HALO ONE Mask is also non-returnable, even if unopened.
