Our Returns & Exchange Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs, a 25% restocking fee, and Shopify transaction and merchant fees are non-refundable. Note: Sauna Cushions are non-refundable unless they are faulty, as they are custom made. To ensure cleanliness, the HALO ONE Mask is also non-returnable, even if unopened.
